This is the end-of-semester performance, featuring our orchestra and the rock band. We will perform first in room 1055, then invite the audience to move next door to 1039 to enjoy the rock band’s performance.
這是每學期末的成果發表，由我們樂團和搖滾樂團分別演出，我們先在1055演奏，然後請聽衆移駕到隔壁的1039，欣賞搖滾樂的演出。
Originally, we were a string orchestra with fewer than twenty members. This semester, many new members joined—including wind and percussion players—so now we have grown to fifty members and officially upgraded to a symphony orchestra. The sound is incredibly powerful, so don’t miss it.
本來我們是人數不到二十人的弦樂團，這學期來了很多新人，包括管樂和敲擊樂，現在人數多達五十人，正式升格為交響樂團，音響效果超級震撼，請勿錯過。
We have rehearsed six pieces in total. Only one is classical: the overture Mozart wrote for his opera The Magic Flute. The others include arrangements of songs by Bob Dylan, Sweden’s ABBA, Scottish folk tunes, and more.
我們一共排練了六首曲目，只有一首是古典，莫札特為歌劇魔笛寫的序曲，其他有改編自Bob Dylan, 瑞典的ABBA的流行樂曲，蘇格蘭的民謠等等。
